These pieces are precision-cut from proper Corten Steel in 1.6mm thickness. Solid stuff—none of that tinny gear that flaps in the wind or folds like a cheap esky. Want it heavier? No dramas. We can beef it up or sort a custom colour, just flick us a message at proffice@warrensheetmetal.com and we’ll make it happen.
Pick your finish: let it rust up naturally for that tough-as, been-through-a-few-winters look, or keep it sharp with black, satin white, or powder-coated colours. Custom powder coating will cost a bit extra and takes about 6 days, because doing it properly beats doing it twice.
Perfect for the garden or as a gift for someone who’s got everything (and probably doesn’t need more tools… but will get this anyway). Built tough, looks unreal, and won’t end up bent, broken, or in the “I’ll fix it one day” pile.
