Change of Mind Returns

We offer returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item is in original condition.

• All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included (where applicable).

• Proof of purchase is provided (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

Please note: Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is:

• Faulty or defective

• Not as described or not matching sample or demo models

• Not fit for purpose

If your item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange a refund, replacement, or repair at no additional cost to you.

  • Photos if the item is faulty/damaged

• We’ll provide return instructions and (if applicable) a prepaid return label.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, processing times may vary.
